Blogger Appreciation Award! ♥

Bonjour Lovelies!

Today the gorgeous Aly from Seven Things beauty gave me the Blogger Appreciation award!! Thankyou so much hun :) I've been having a tough time of it lately and this has cheered me right up :)

Questions

1) How long have you been blogging?
I started this blog at the end of October 2011, so about 5 months.

2) What are 1-2 reasons why you started blogging?
I got accepted into More Magazine's Beauty Hot 100 and alot of the other girls had blogs and I thought it looked like fun, so i decided to give it ago. I didn't start right away because I was going through an incredibly hard time in my life, but in the end blogging became a great escape.

3) What types of blogs do you follow/read?
I love blogs that show personality. I definately do not agree that light-coloured, simple blogs look the best. Some look nice, but alot of bloggers seem to be jumping on that particular bandwagon and it's boring!

4) What is one thing that you wish to improve on your blog?
I'm always announcing new weekly features on my blog and never end up sticking to them, so i'm going to try really hard to! I'd also like to try to take better pictures too.

At the moment I would have to say Soap and Glory. I am loving thier concealer, foundation, eyebrow pencil and highlighter right now :)
