Hello My Lovelies!
Today I'm hear to tell you about my latest must-have product!
I recently recieved a couple of sample sachets of Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation through the post and immediately dashed out to purchase a bottle as soon as I'd tried it! This is my current favourite by far.
If you want a radiant glow in an flash, this is the foundation for you. It's light on the skin and blends really well, resulting in an amazing balance between dewy and matte. Classic beige is the perfect warm-toned shade for my skin, such a good match. It's pretty long lasting too! Before applying the foundation I use Natural Collection concealer and Mavalia primer, I set with Avon Colourtrend powder. As with all my foundations, I use my Avon or S Colour foundation brush for a flawless finish. If I'm being lazy I just use my fingers!
The packaging is as fab as the actual product. It's a tall glass bottle, which makes it appear high-end and has a bright orange lid (perfect for spring) The product also has a pump, which makes it incredibly easy to use.
I would say you get fantastic, buildable coverage with this creamy foundation. At the moment I am covered in spots (eek!) and this helps tons to conceal them.
Overall a fantastic foundation! 9.5/10 ♥
definitely going to give this a try!
ReplyDeletedo you think it would be good for dry skin though ?
x
I think so hun. It doesn't go clumpy or anything on or around my blemishes, so should be great on dry skin. It's really nice and creamy :) xoxo

I have that one, but to be honest it didn't suit me at all :( my combination to oily skin was really shiny (even with powder) and after a few times I've notices a lot of breakouts...
ReplyDeleteBut I guess my skin doesn't like this foundation :)
